Will my web site look like everybody else?

On the other hand, you may have seen a web site online that you would like for us to emulate. No problem. Or you may choose to customize one of our samples as the foundation for your site. At either rate, please understand that there are no constraints to lay out and design. Your web site can be as unique as you are.

What if I already have a web site?

You have probably paid too much. Sorry we could not get to you sooner. The cost of designing, developing and programming for a web site varies. Generally one would expect to pay several hundred dollars for a very basic site plus monthly service charges. Not anymore. So why not consider an upgrade?

Since businesses routinely spend thousands on Web site development, how can you offer the same product for such a reasonable fee?

We've analyzed the profit and earning power of several smaller businesses and arrived at what we considered an affordable budget for the smaller enterprise. Simply stated, we realize that many small businesses just can't afford to pay thousands for Web site development. Therefore, to test the market, we've dropped our prices far below the industry standard to see if the increase in sales outweighs our lower profit margin. If it doesn't, then in the future, expect to pay more. But for now, why not take advantage of an opportunity to put your business online for a small fraction of the normal cost.

I like your sample web sites, but it does not represent the specific needs of my business. What can be done?

Bear in mind that these are sample sites designed to give you some idea of what we can do for your business. The sites can be completely redesigned, implementing your own ideas and innovations. Web sites are based on material that you provide. We custom build from the ground up, for whatever business you have or services you offer.

How can I have my voice edited into a movie?

This technology is effected by using an audio cassette tape recording of your voice or a digital recording using the WINDOWS recorder, available with your WINDOWS operating system. A WINDOWS recording can be e-mailed to us. Using state-of-the-art studio recording and editing equipment, we polish up the recording and merge it into your custom designed movie.

Why doesn't the movie run on my computer?

Some very old computers do not have the resources needed to quickly load or properly play media intensive movies. For example, a 56K modem that only runs at 24K may take 2 to 3 minutes to load a short movie. The redeeming factor is that after the movie loads the first time, it should load almost instantly each time thereafter. There is also a remote possibility that your computer does not have the FLASH plugin needed to process movie animation.

What kind of payment schedule or plan do you recommend?

Please keep in mind that all prices are ballpark figures and are to be used only as a reference to help you decide how to put together a budget. The cost of your site will depend on the specific services you require to ensure your concept or corporate image is properly presented to the world. After a consultation to look at an outline of your proposed site, we assess how to best work together. At that stage, we will be able to put together a more coherent quote. To begin work on your site, we require a 30% deposit. For a small site (less than 10 pages) the balance will be due upon completion of the work and your approval. For medium size sites (11 to 50 pages) monthly progress payments are required. Larger sites need further discussion to assess a fee payment schedule.

Web design fees are based on your providing us with work ready for web coding — i.e., text that does not require editing or proofreading, clean images, and so on. Any additional work carried out by us is subject to standard professional fees applicable to quality work.
